This kitchen remodel we took from an original builder kitchen built in the early 2000’s with red cabinets and brown granite to a fresh and modern take on a mid century modern feel. The lower rich green cabinets add such a fun pop without being “too much” as it was only done on the bottom cabinets. The crips white upper cabinets tone down the dark. We mixed a simple white subway tile with a black and white pattern tile behind the stove. Mixing and matching was quite popular in here with the mix of black and brass and adding in layers of a rich wood detailing. The mixes of different yet similar light fixtures throughout just add that much more to this absolutely breathtaking kitchen.
